I have been playing this game forever & tonight when I turned it on to play it has started me all over again from day one WHY ?

It happen to me once I took the app out and put it back in and it gave me the option to hook up through Facebook and I did it tells you there if you want to start from the 1st scene or pickup where you were good luck.
