My game is not earning keys anymore. Why is this?

You get keys when there is a "Detectives Needed" event. The keys help you progress through the event and help you earn items. Events last only a short time, typically from 1 to 4 days.

When a Detectives Needed Challenge is active, you will get a stopwatch icon on the left of your island screen. Click to see prizes, number of keys needed, your progress, and whether keys are earned from scenes only, cases only, or both scenes and cases. Usually if you are not earning keys, check to see if you understand the rules for that challenge (i.e. scenes only, cases only, or both scenes and cases).Search for more answers for June's Journey - Hidden Object or ask your own here.
