I just spent 799 diamonds for what I thought was permanent energy what I got was 3 bars or 300 enough to play 30 scenes. I've used those and now I see that I will need to spend 159 diamonds for 3 more bars what did I spend 799 diamonds on?

It did the same to me its bs why say permanent when really meaning 3 bars and instead of 110 now 150 why not just say that?? Feeling ripped off.

It is not permanent energy, you misread. The extended bar allows your energy to refill to 150 instead of 110. You get 3 bars initially (=450 energy) and every photo puzzle and star booster you use will give you 150 instead of 110 for perpetuity (permanent part of your game). Serious players know it is worth it.Guest Replied
I think it’s really unfair to say that anyone misread it. I’ve read it many times and now also felling completely ripped off. There is a reason why it’s presented that way and apparently all the players are in wrong not the providers ... interesting . Perhaps you should take everyone’s feedback under serious consideration . Just so you know, I have absolutely no association with the providers/developers. I am just a player like you. And I had no trouble understanding exactly what was offered, and I don't regret the months of religiously earning and saving diamonds for a second. Dictionary definition of permanent is exactly what we all understood. It didn’t say “extended”. Probably you are a long term player and that gimmicky bait and switch was not geared toward you. It's an expensive investment but in my opinion, worth it, because it expands your energy bar's capacity by 30% (from 115 to 150). This means that while you are off having a real life, the energy bar is able to fill up with 30% more energy every time. It also means that it take 5 hours now to refill energy instead of 4 hrs you're probably not playing every 4 hours anyway. If you are, then you don't need a bigger energy bar.Guest Replied
I'm very grateful that everyone has posted this info. I tht exactly the same, i.e., permanent ! Thanks so much for putting this out on the net ! I was seriously considering buying all those diamonds !! Since I play maybe once a day or every other day, I'll leave my energy right where it's at. I also spent money got permanent energy bar ... This misleading and a rip off , it’s a shame as I’m enjoying the game , I want to also add this permanent energy bar only lasted a day and now it’s gone back to normal .. This has left slightly annoyed plus out of pocket.

It should not go back to "normal", which stops refilling energy at 110. If you bought it and after 5 hours, it does not fill to 150, then you should contact customer support and something is amiss. Guest Replied

Wow. I totally understood the wording, waited until my bday and gifted myself the extra energy as a personal bday gift!! Agreed it's great to be able to collect more and disagree that it's a rip off. But to each their own... My q MS. T is when one gets extra energy from boxes or any reason, does the Norma energy build on top of that? Or do you lose it if you don't use it in that one session? Ex. I get 50 extra Energy bars from a box and have to leave the game, will my 150 build on top of that or will it stop at 150? Thanks! Guest Replied
If you don’t use all your energy (150) and still have say 20 energy you haven’t used your energy bar will top you up to 150 within a few hours.. if you’ve used all your energy then again your energy bar will top up again to 150 in a few hours. ...(5 hours to refill/top-up) I believeMs. Tearius Replied
Recharge timer energy will stop at 150, regardless of how you got it. So if you claimed 50 extra energy then come back, you will find the total to be only 150. Therefore, you should not claim extra energy or open boxes unless you are ready to spend it. You can get above the 150 cap by adding energy from other sources, such as club drinks.
