Why are some of my Completed decorations/buildings going back to Uncompleted status?

That shouldn't happen, unless there was a glitch or your game required a reset to an earlier save point. Sometimes glitches happen when a new update occurs, which seems to happening very often lately.

A lot of players, including myself, are experiencing this issue. Has been reported but not resolved 0 0 REPORT

Devs have acknowledged the issue and are working on it "Decorations Appearing as "Under Construction"We're aware of an issue where some decorations may appear as "Under Construction" after the latest update. Please rest assured that no decorations have been lost and none will be removed - this is a visual display issue only. We’re currently investigating this, and in some cases, fully closing and reopening the game may resolve the issue. We’ll continue working on it and share an update as soon as we have more information."
