Maybe in a small subset of players. Many were compensated based presumably on how many diamonds they had spent.

Thankyou, several of our group were not compensated for diamonds spent. Cust Care provided basic criteria 'taken into consideration' in applying recompense, which was totally lacking for a system wide failure. Cheers. Appreciate the time taken in addressing so many concerns. 0 0 REPORT
