Orchard island is full and I can’t find sunflower island, what do I do?

Replace decorations that have low flower value with ones that have high flower value (100-600 Flowers per square). That will allow you to progress in the game and earn more compasses. Only when all the clouds are removed from Orchid Island will you have access to Sunflower Island. Look at the seasonal set for some of the highest flower values at your stage in the game.
