If you were connected by Facebook, Google, or Apple, it should be saved. If you have already started a new game, you'll have to ask customer support to switch it back to the old game. You'll need your old game ID, and it helps to have any receipt of previous purchases. Customer support seems to take 1-2 weeks to respond these days. FYI, you should clear your cache on your device periodically, but never your storage.

Today, 12Dec2025, the highest level that can be PLAYED is scene 2200 from Volume 9, Chapter 45. You are caught up with the developers, and they only release one chapter per week on Thursday to play. Everyone at this level must wait for the weekly release.

However, you can increase your level as high as 2225, which is the end of volume 9. You just can't play more than what the developers release weekly. The maximum level will be raised when volume 10 is nearly ready for release around Feb 2026.
