Are you talking about the photo album, where you have to collect 7 identical Character Cards before you can complete a jigsaw puzzle? If so, those cards can only be found in the Starboxes, either the blue 1-star box or the pink 5-star box. Supposedly, the odds are 1:6 from the blue box, and 1:2 from the pink box, so 3x more likely to get them from the pink boxes.
