I deleted my June’s journey app by mistake! Is it possible to reinstate the app without losing my level of game achieved so far. Thank you!

I did the same thing, unless your game is on Facebook it can’t be restored.

If make the wrong choice when reloading the game is there anyway to retrieve

Maybe customer support can do it if you give them the original game ID.
