You can get free diamonds in Idle Human sometimes when there is the offer to get 5 free Diamonds for watching an ad. To see if it is available tap the store icon and tap the Free Diamonds option.

This option is not always available, and there may be a limit to the number of times you can do this per day.

You can also get Free Diamonds, buy tapping on the virus which enters the screen from time to time, first you need to tap it enough times to destroy it, then watch a video to claim the amount of diamonds that the game offers you for destroying the virus.
