The room is on the top floor but the corridor that leads to it has a hole in the floor. You can only get to it by going up the spiral stairs to the roof and dropping in though a hole. You must be very careful when dropping in (crouch and move slowly) as you can hurt yourself wen you fall and lose a day.

Go onto the roof and the hole where you see a wheel chair crouch and drop into it and go the room opposite the hole. If you jump in while standing you will die. 0 0 REPORT
