When my guy wants to go look for wishings stars it goes to a map and he's in a hot air balloon but..

When my guy wants to go look for wishings stars it goes to a map and he's in a hot air balloon but I can't do anything or move it's not frozen as the snow keeps blowing across the screen but I don't know what to do?

I have the exact same issue but it may be a problem with app cache or not enough storage space
