What's the point of upgrading the kitchen hero above level 25 (fine dining)?

What's the point of upgrading the kitchen hero above level 25 (fine dining)?
Also, why upgrade the kitchen even after you've reached fine dining, enough food, and everybody are content?

The hero moves on with you to the next cities where the game becomes harder and you also have the mini games to consider. The higher level the better.
As for the kitchen there isn't really a point per say but if you're a completionist or have plenty of recourses just laying around I don't see why not ^_^
