I’m in level one. I have completed 19/20 tasks. The last task is to have 8 people. I have 6 and all of my buildings are maxed. It won’t let me add a 4th dorm, or upgrade dorm 3 anymore. But when I click on the task it takes me to dorm 3.

Anyone know what I need to do?

If you are in abandoned city or smth then I think what y I ur problem is a glitch in the game. If not check dorm 2 or 1 again.

Have you upgraded the furnace? Sometimes it needs to be ungraded before you can add more buildings.
