All heroes can be acquired through opening the chests. The rewards are random though. You need to keep playing until you get lucky. Make sure to open the free chests whenever you can. Complete the tasks to earn occasional chests. You can increase your chances by spending gems on more chests.

I was nearly at the end of plain city before I got Arthur.. it was tough juggling around the foundries that were at full capacity but unable to run at this capacity without running out of iron mine resources so just keep one worker in each or turn them off completely on occasion. It's still totally do able but slower that's all. 3 0 REPORT
