I am currently at city 3 (Plain City), and I can't unlock two of the heroes?
Every building, when I finished them, it gave me the Hero, when I opened the Tasks menu. But for this two buildings (Foundry and Iron Mine), I have already retrieved the rewards, and got no hero.
Already upgraded them for lvl 2, but nothing seems to be happening. I can't use more than one worker on the building, because I need the Hero to unlock more, so the production is VERY slow.. It's already making me not like the game anymore
At the start of the game you get the heroes you need relatively easily, as you said they appear as rewards for the buildings they are for. But as you get to higher levels the remaining heroes become rarer and much harder to get.
You can still get them as random rewards but you need to keep earning chests and be lucky.
