Where do I move the heroes who are in the defensive area?

Your defense line up can be found either in the Arena or in the War Game, both found inside Temple of Tyr.
On War Game's main screen you can find at your right the button for your defenses.
On the Arena's main screen you can find at your bottom right corner the Defense button (with a Tower Icon).
