Ace player is the one with the most kills IN GAME shining star is the highest ranked 3 players in the lobby

Shining star rating depends on your fashion. Not highest ranked.

Me with a legendary set outfit and legendary weapon has only 210 rating while i see others with 1400 rating

Shining star depends on rating. Ur rating depends on how many legendary skins u own and the legendary skin u are currently wearing and ur season ranking and ur previous match score also. All combined.

If u have at least one super rare (gold red) weapon, one rare vehicle, one rare back decoration or so. And the rest is mostly gold u can get the 1400 shining star rank. The more red gold outfits you've got, the higher is ur rank.

When ur below gold stallion ur k/d ratio is taken into count if there is nobody in the lobby with legendary outfits.
But when you r gold stallion tier or above what you have heard matters.

Bro not legendary it’s the one with red and yellow background of like how rare it is that’s a whole 100 usually then you have to have car skins and drains skins and also glider skins I’ve got the rarest I can possibly get and mike NOW is only 1650
