How do you play the connectors (they look like flowers)?

They're clovers (look in the tutorials.) They connect to same color dots, but need at least two dots or other clovers of the same color to clear. They can also link to same color sponges and dolls. They won't connect if clear dots are in the way. Squaring the color will clear them, as will rockets. Sometimes I "feed" them by clearing other colored dots in between. (I don't know why I call it that lol) Hope this helps!
