I'm in Australia & no longer buy Jewels, why is this?

I'm in Australia & no longer buy Jewels, why is this? Used to be able to before. Also been waiting for months for soil to appear in garden it never appears to buy it with your seeds. When you ask for help from the developers they can be so rude, when I asked about the garden told me it would appear when it refreshes but it never does. I thinking after 3 years of playing this game, of deleting it. It's not the same anymore & the developers are rude. Also why does it take 30 minutes to make new energy when in other games it's 5 minutes... I think the developers are just greedy to be honest...
