I have been looking for the champagne bottle for almost a month, playing cities over and over with no luck. Can anyone please tell me what city they found it in?

I have found it in Singapore. Most items can be found in random locations though.

I just found it in Ottawa. A lot of items which are needed for quests I keep till I receive the quest for it. Saves a lot of searching
