How do I know which units have dupes I can use to raise the Cap / Uncap?

Got to the Units screen then tap on Raise Level. Tap the indicated platform on the screen to select a unit. This will then show you all of your units. Ones that have duplicates to use will show a small icon with a number to the left of them.
