It's been kicking me off it'll load till 99% the music will come on then the music glitches and then it kicks me off I've tried restarting my phone twice and it hasn't worked I need help?

Are you joining a server with 7/8 users? It's possible you're joining right after somebody else, and the game can't fit you into the non-existent ninth space, so it crashes.
