Hello,

I have purchased to my son the gems bundle 470 +100 for £19.99 and he already had 277 gems. After I purchased those 570 gems his total is 437…how is that happening? Did someone else had this experience? I am trying to find a way to contact them but I only found an email address on the term and conditions doc.

I am on the right track?

Thank you.
