What level do you need to have to get a mate?

To get a mate you need to be level five or more. a notice will come up then a trail of hearts will appear. Follow it and your mate will be there. And you will be instructed on what to do next. (Btw u and ur mate hv to be lvl ten or more to hv pups)

Level five

You have to be level 5. If you want a cub you have to be level 10 and your mate also has to be level 10 and then you sleep in a den. Then, your mate should be pregnant (if you're playing as a guy)
