My son has made several purchases in the WildCraft game and it still plays ads! How do I remove them..

So I bought 220 gems from Wildcraft, and it doesn't show ads, but I think I know why. Do you have an iPhone lower than an iPhone 7? If you do, that's why. As anything below an iPhone 7 doesn't have the technology to actually remove those ads. If you do have a phone later than an iPhone 7 (Android 5.0), Then you might have to buy 220 or more gems.
