No, we can't, it is depend on the game makers of turbo rocket games, if they do it in new update the players can do what you have questioned.

Actually, yes but it has to be on baby stage 3 and when its on baby stage 3 you go to the menu if you're in single player and then press multiplayer and then press on the puppy's name then join a multiplayer game.

Yes but if talking about having a pup with someone online nope only play as a pup

Yes and no at the same time actually. I am a wildcraft expert and i know this. you have a family on single player already so if you want an online family that family is partly fake. this is because as i said you already have a family and the pups you have are not your mates in multiplayer
