I want to restart the game and go back to level one how do I do that?

Go to memory in setting and delete and clear cache then delete the app for a full 24 hours see if that helps. It worked with me idk if it will help you I hope it does

Go to settings and go to your memory, then clear all. you shouldn't have to wait, you should be able to re download it straight away and it should work.

Just Go To Singleplayer And Press The Top Right Button, Then Press Restart. I'm Not Sure If It Works Cuz I WILL NEVER PRESS RESTART Coz My 111 Lvl Fox Will Be Lost I Think, Could This Help?
