I can’t restore my data onto my new phone. I logged into my account but I forgot my password... IM ON LEVEL 48!!! I’m so sad. I’ve been playing this game for 2 years and I absolutely love it!!! But now I can’t even play. My account is KiyomiThePirate7... Please help. This game got me through 6th grade and I miss it and being addicted to it soo much!!!

When you log out of the account it say restore. If you have an email or if your parents do, type it in and follow the instructions. It should send a code to that email, allowing you to change your password.

I had so much stuff and i even had a membership!
I logged in and it did the thing from the began.
I never backed it up to iCloud, and I can’t get it logged in!

Yeah me to just now and I had wild club I had a level 178 wolf and 150 lvl cheetah.

I had the same problem if you still have your old device put in your email for the game it will allow you to set up a new password you can do this by hitting the rocket in the left hand corner and hit restore. Hope this helps!

I want very smart and I had a rlly high level cheetah and I logged back in and accidentally downloaded old storage and now it is gone and all my animals are a low level and a few babies are gone. AND MY MYSTIC FOX SKIN! Im so sad. Please help somebody.

I had a account on my android and got a iPhone I remember my email but not my password I had every animal and all them had babys and were high levels I need some help too get back in I spent over 30 dollars on that game!! If the creator can’t help I’ll give it bad reveiws I’m sorry it’s a great game but you guys bascially robbed me.

You can use the restore button once you log out to reset your password with your email or account nickname. Hope this helps!
