Io ho provato a recuperare i miei dati ma dopo che dice che sta scaricando, dopo la schermata ritorna normale senza dire nemmeno errore o altro. Ho provato dopo 12 ore come dice mi fa la stessa cosa.

Ho provato anche a scrivere all'assistenza ma non mi risponde. come faccio? :(
