For some reason, when I want to try to make a new family in the game, it will say “you need to unlock a family first”. But I already have all of the family members higher than 50. Please help if you can?
As it says, you have to unlock a family first before being able to start a new one. You can buy a new family with gems or get families from opening chests. If you get a playable animal 4 times, you unlock your first family. 8 times, you unlock your second. Twelve times and you unlock your last. After unlocking all families for a playable animal you'll get acorns if you get more duplicates of it in chests. Hope this helps!
