I'm trying to transfer my account data to a new device for 2 days. Every time I choose download from cloud to the new device the app kicks me out and then I have to wait 30 mins, next time- 3 hours, and up to 12 hours , then the next day its the same... What can i do? I don't have that problem on my previous device... I don't have an account in turborocket just in google. I'm max rank and don't want to lose everything. Please someone help me. We all know that support is not supporting at all.
