Why am I not getting experience points or achievements?

Why am I not getting experience points or achievements? I’m killing bosses that I haven’t before, it’s saying I’ve got the achievement, then I go to collect the reward and it says I haven’t!! Also, I’m not getting experience from bosses, I’m lvl 10!

You have to go to single player

In order to get the achievements you have to deal fifteen percent of the damage to the boss
