Why isn’t my account button opening up, it works on my iPhone 6 but not my iPad.?

Unfortunately, I can not give you a solid answer on why this issue is occurring for you. However, based off of my own experiences I've had on my part, I can come to an assumption. I had installed WildCraft onto my tablet after I got hooked on the app. I didn't have any issues transfering and downloading my account data, however, I still had irking issues occurring for me. A major one being my keyboard, which didn't work at all, both the tablet keyboard and the provided keyboard by the game. My best guess is that WildCraft is just generally quirky on tablets and iPads, because I find using a phone to play is much more smooth and just overall an easy time to use.

Whenever I click on the account button, the only thing there is synchronizing, which I have done. My account does not show, and I don’t know how to access it. Also, WildCraft is telling me to update my game, then taking me to the App Store. But I already did, and there is nowhere else to update now. What should I do?
