Why do I keep loosing my wildcraft account?

Why do I keep loosing my wildcraft account? EVERYDAY. I download it back with my master key, it works. But then it happens again, so I do the same thing but it says " you can only use your master key every 12 hours ". Why do I have to wait 12 hours!!!?? Thats half the day and I want to play now! Why does it keep happening!!!!!?????
