I already have an account, but what would happen if I made a new one, and uploaded my progress to the new account instead? Would it be probable that it would practically reset all my progress? Since it doesnt let me play multiplayer for the majority of the day. (Stuck on checking data. Not a wifi problem, I can play every other online game fine) Wondering if it might help.

If you have an account already and made a new one, it would save everything that you now have. It wouldn't hurt your game. Everything would save it wouldn't delete other progress you made it would do the opposite.
