I deleted and reinstalled the game because I was having this problem where every time I tried to play multiplayer or log into my account, it just said the connection had timed out and to try again later. I made sure to save to my cloud, and I can see my character slots in the cloud, but the game won’t allow me to download onto the game. It just kept saying my master key was incorrect even though it’s not. And deleting the game didn’t even fix the original problem. I decided I’d just restart, but once I reached level 10, I couldn’t access my account or multiplayer again. Can anyone help?
