How to get clan level 3 IV been trying so long now it's simply impossible?

Well it does take a long time to go and lvl up a clan to lvl 3. If there's anybody who's a high lvl in ur clan, like in the 100's-200's, then they can help the clan lvl up to 3. E if that doesn't work then I can join ur clan (unless u play in a different region than I do, then I can't because the game will keep kicking me out if I do.) Then I can help ur clan lvl up to lvl 3 ^^. Hope this can help you, have a good day ;)
