The master key is a way to download your saved account data onto a new/different device. You don't need to have set one up, all you need is your account for in game. You'll just need to type in your email address used to set up the intake account and then the password you used for that account. Once you're in you should see buttons saying "upload data" "Download data" and "Master Key" click master key take a screenshot of it or write it down somewhere safe (do not share it with anyone) then on your new device, just type in that master key and your account should be transferred. If you didn't make an account in game then I don't think there's a way to get your account back unless you still have the old device so you can set one up. Hope that helped 😃
