How do mate in multiplayer? I want to know because only in single player you can mate.

Ok this Isn-t the best answer but if it’s anything like the cat sim and dog sim then I don’t believe it’s possible cause you couldn’t in those games
But maybe you can I don’t know I haven’t tryed yet
