My friend deleted the app. She tried getting gems and they didn’t load in. She thought that deleting the app and logging back into account it would reset it. All it did was save none of her progress. Now that she deleted the app it has deleted and of her progress, she is pretty pissed.. She wasted $10.. Please do something about this or tell me what to do about it.?
You should contact wildcraft creator about this and maybe they could help to do refund.
Did she make an account to save her data? If she did, and uploaded her data she should log into her account and re-download her data. If she didn't then I don't think there is anything you can do. Hope this helps!
