I bought wildclub through Apple but when I go in wildcraft it still says purchase unsuccessful and won’t let me get the skins or dens?

You need to report problems with purchases to the game support / developers. Or You may also be able to contact your app store (google play etc).

Check the support page for ways to contact the developers.
