Ok redownload it so it doesn't crash anymore.

But if I do I lose all my progress

you could make an account, put all of your stuff on there, make sure you have the key and password written down

So I was going on multiplayer as my cheetah and it crashed so I went on again it crashed again but I didn’t have to start over so I changed to my lion same thing happened then my fox it let me play for a second the it keeps going black I’m a bit worried all I have is cloud saving anyone have a similar problem?
