I had my fox on level 200, but my friends list was sorta broken. None of my friends are ever on anymore...

I had my fox on level 200, but my friends list was sorta broken. None of my friends are ever on anymore. I added a new friend to my friends list and I went and changed my animal and when I came back it said my friend was gone, but I saw she was the host of a server. So I uploaded my data earlier when I was level 151. So I downloaded my data and my friends list was fixed! But then my level 200 was gone cuz I forgot to upload it. Is there I way I can get it back? I worked hard to get there.
