If my game has been hacked - getting the "Data has been downloaded to another device" message - what..

If my game has been hacked - getting the "Data has been downloaded to another device" message - what do I do to get it back? If I use the Master Key, I can get back in for a few moments, then I get kicked out again. I get the "wait 12 hours" message, but when I try again after 12 hours the same thing happens. I get kicked out after a few minutes of playing, then get the "data downloaded to another device" message again. Is there any solution other than starting over?
