I get this error message that says “network user is invalid” whenever I try access multiplayer..

I get this error message that says “network user is invalid” whenever I try access multiplayer mode or login to backup my characters. So I can't go on multiplayer.

Is there a way to fix this? (Without losing all my data) I’ve contacted turborocket so many times and they aren't replying.
