I bought WildClub but then after I got it, it said it was loading and never loaded. I decided to exit the app and restart it but WildClub never appeared. I basically got scammed by TRG xD

I tried deleting and downloading the game again but when I logged into my account there was still no WildClub... can someone help me out?
