I can't seem to use chat? I can write a message but can't send it out.

This is strange. It may be a glitch. Is your chat enabled? If its not, you have to go into menu and enable it. 😃

I have the same problem, I have 2 devices, chat works on one but on my tablet there isn't even a parents option in settings so I can't enable chat :/Guest Replied
