Once you reach level 5 you can find a mate, then once both of you are level 10 you can have a baby if you both sleep in the den. After the first baby both parents need to be level 20 to have another.

To get another generation u need to tap on family tree when ur selecting ur animal. Then it will show how much times u need to get that animal from chests. Then u will need ur cub/pup/kitten to be lvl 50 or higher. Then u have another generation

Guest Answered:

You have to level up to 200 and get your mate to 200 then you can have a full family by getting a bunch of pups/cubs
