I don't have a answer for you, but if you think about it, they kinda cant add a underwater animal because it would only be able to be in water and other animals cant go under so it would be weird for them to add a under water animal.

Maybe they could just add a dolphin and make it only for underwater world. Maybe like a tropical world where there can be like a wolf spawns on land, and dolphin or fish spawn in the water, dolphins can kill fish!Guest Replied
